Although you may assume I'm referring to morals or career choices, I'm actually addressing diet and exercise. Eating right and adopting a decent physical regime is imperative to your overall health. You will absolutely notice this more as you get older. Now, I'm sure you've heard the whole spiel about being older a million times, but I bet you've never really given it much earnest thought. Most folks don't. I can tell that my mother didn't just by looking at her. She didn't eat right, nor exercise throughout her 63 years and now she can't get around that well. She needs to start eating right and exercising regularly to increase stamina and overall well-being. That way she won't get tired walking around a shopping mall, and she will live longer. Doesn't this make sense? It does to me and I'm only 30 years old.
