All women tend to
gain weight during pregnancy. It is quite natural for women to gain
15-30 pounds. Returning to their pre-pregnancy weight could take a few years.
For many women, this becomes a source of constant concern following childbirth.

Weight loss after childbirth
is naturally a slow process that takes its own time. Complications during
pregnancy may affect the process and prolong it considerably. Medications taken before or
during pregnancy may pre-dispose some women to massive amounts of weight
gain. In such cases, rapid weight loss may be extremely difficult. Du
