Prenatal Vitamins
When I was having a hard time trying to conceive, my doctor put me on prenatal vitamins. He told me that they weren’t just for those who were already pregnant, and if I was trying to get pregnant, I needed to be taking them too. Babies are fragile and you want to give them the best start possible.
